Методы предотвращения трещин IV типа в сварных соединениях жаропрочных высокохромистых сталей мартенситного класса
Аннотация
Рассмотрены основные причины образования трещин IV типа в сварных соединениях жаропрочных высокохромистых сталей мартенситного класса Р91 и Р92. Трещины IV типа возникают в мелкозернистой и межкритической областях зоны термического влияния вследствие образования пор ползучести и формирования локальной мягкой прослойки, в которой не происходит мартенситное превращение. При этом межкритическая область зоны термического влияния имеет самую высокую числовую плотность пор ползучести. Подробно изложены основные методы повышения сопротивления и предотвращения ползучести сварных соединений жаропрочных высокохромистых сталей мартенситного класса: модификация состава исходной стали, корректировка технологии сварки и нормализация и отпуск сварного шва.
